We provide technical tools for:
- Smart contract code generation
- Contract compilation
- Deployment transaction formatting
- Source code downloads

03. User Responsibilities
Wallet Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet. We cannot recover lost credentials.
Token Configuration
Ensure accuracy before deployment. Smart contracts are immutable once deployed.
Legal Compliance
Comply with all laws, regulations, and tax obligations in your jurisdiction.
04. Fees and Payments
The Service charges a deployment fee in the native token of the selected blockchain network.
You are also responsible for paying blockchain network gas fees directly to the network. All fees are non-refundable once a transaction is submitted to the blockchain, even if the deployment fails due to insufficient gas or network issues.
05. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
CREATE COIN AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Loss of funds, tokens, profits, data corruption, security breaches, errors in contracts, or network failures.
